Job Title: Engagement Manager
Job Duration: 40 Hours / Week, Permanent position, Full time
Job Duties: Managing engagement strategies and defining and tracking engagement metrics that support the overall performance and growth. Develop and maintain favorable relationship with the client and play the role of trusted advisor in order to grow the client relationship and increase revenue. Act as a single point of contact for client discussions, presentations, concerns or escalation related to projects and deliverables under his purview. Responsible for providing leadership and direction to achieve the company’s growth and transformation. identify opportunities to drive engagement and build engagement plans that are aligned with the business strategy. Develop and arrange presentations for pitching for new projects, enhancements to existing project(s), or for strategic recommendations to clients. Define and drive strategies, internal planning and work allocation for smooth and timely project delivery. Define projects scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Lead periodic reviews including steering committee meetings with clients to review program status, define strategic objectives and deliver new business insights. Serve as single point of contact for addressing and providing strategic resolutions to all escalations, risks or issues highlighted by clients. Create and execute strategy for company’s growth and expansion in US by identifying opportunities with existing and new clients for growth and expansion. Lead strategic initiatives to promote and maintain a collaborative team environment and true global organization by focusing on cultural diversity and positive team dynamics to ensure employee friendly and healthy work environment. Study and recommend components, materials, and tools that result in improved team effectiveness and cost-effective, quality output. Manage strategic aspects of client engagement, risk planning and mitigation. Identify and manage strategic partnerships to ensure cutting edge services offerings that meet client’s and future industry demands. Oversee creation of plans, schedules and timelines to ensure cross-functional visibility into status of projects. Lead the team in obtaining and analyzing all available qualitative inputs and data relevant to the business problem to develop insightful strategic solutions and recommendations that add value to the client. Review key risks, blockers and dependencies to develop proactive mitigation or escalation plans. Monitor resource utilization and commitments by account / team. Provide senior level resolutions to strategic or business issues that may arise. Define project charter, scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Review gating criteria and remove bottlenecks to ensure streamlined delivery of critical deliverables across projects and programs. Take accountability for client satisfaction and successful project delivery by implementation team.
Job Requirements: Required Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Engineering (Any), MIS or any related field + 2 years of experience in the job offered, Management Analyst, Business Development Manager, Product Manager or related. Must be able to travel/relocate throughout the U.S.

Salary Range: $159,058.00/Year to $185,000.00/Year
